Everything a dispatch week needs

Built around how service organisations actually plan: capacity, driving time, availability and evidence from the field.

Smart weekly scheduling
Build a full week of site visits per engineer, mixing manual assignments with automatic planning. Manual choices stay locked and are never overwritten.
Traffic-aware route planning
Routes are built with Google road routing where available, with estimated fallbacks when routing data cannot be retrieved, so plans stay usable either way.
Return-trip-aware workdays
Each engineer day counts work time plus driving, including the trip back to their office or home base, against an eight-hour daily cap.
Manager and engineer portals
Managers plan, dispatch and review from the desktop workspace. Engineers get a mobile-first view of only their own published jobs.
GPS and time-stamped photos
Site activity photos can be stamped with the capture date-time and GPS coordinates when location is available on the device.
Multi-organization administration
Every organisation is isolated with its own users, data and Organization ID, with system-admin tooling for organisation and subscription metadata.

How it works

From an empty account to engineers working a published week.

  1. 1
    Create your organization
Sign up to start a new organization and become its first manager, then invite colleagues with your Organization ID.
  2. 2
    Add sites, jobs and availability
Capture customers, sites and jobs with address lookup, and set which engineers are available on which days.
  3. 3
    Optimize and publish the week
Generate an optimized weekly plan or assign manually, review it as a draft, then publish it to your engineers.
  4. 4
    Engineers execute and report
Engineers work their day in the field, check in on site, capture photos and vehicle logs, and submit their job report.

Field verification without blocking work

When an engineer marks arrival or starts work, the platform compares their device location with the site location. The check is deliberately soft: it records context, it does not stop the job.

  • Within 200 metres — the check event is recorded as In range.
  • More than 200 metres — the action still goes through, but it is flagged Out of range with the measured distance so managers can review it.
  • Site activity photos can carry a visible stamp with the capture date-time and GPS coordinates when location data is available on the device.

These signals are operational context for your own review. Device location and photo metadata can be inaccurate or unavailable, so they are not conclusive proof of attendance.

Built with EU privacy requirements in mind

Field service software handles location and staff data, so the platform ships with GDPR-ready product controls rather than leaving privacy as an afterthought.

Tenant isolation
Each organisation's data is separated at the database level with row-level security policies.
Role-based access
System admin, service manager and site engineer roles see only what their role permits.
Purposeful location data
Location is used for planning, routing and check-in context, and is visible to the organisation that records it.
Retention & data requests
Privacy dashboards support retention settings and export or anonymisation workflows where implemented.

Start your 30-day trial

Your first signup creates a new organization and makes you its first manager account. You get an Organization ID to invite your team, and no billing provider is involved in this release.

Joining an existing organization stays pending until a manager or administrator approves it.
